…-file due to user interaction. Now the user input for <datapath>, if existing, is used before the VHEFITS path is used. If none of them is existing the user will be queried (like before).

The cstsdist parameter interface is now much simpler, requiring on input either an unbinned, binned or stacked observation. If an observation definition XML file is provided it is assumed that the file only contains event lists.
