The absolute path names are necessary to correctly use the valgrind rule in the test/Makefile. This all is needed to support Sonar, which need valgrind and sonar-runner running from the same directory, which is here the source directory.

A symbolic link to the wrapper library directory is now created. Adding this symbolic link to the PYTHONPATH avoids the need for a second inplace compilation.

We removed again the gammalib directory from the test environment as now the modules are loaded by prepending the gammalib package name.

The COMPTEL unit test has not been added to the lists of test, thus no COMPTEL unit testing was performed.

The directory tree has been setup for the development of the COMPTEL module. Instructions have been added to the various Makefile.am and to configure.ac to detect and to configure the library for inclusing of the COMPTEL module. The pyext/setup.py.in script has also bee adapted. A simple test case has been written for loading of COMPTEL data into an observation. The summary include file and the summary swig files have been setup.

Showing reachable memory leaks in the valgrind analysis leads to a considerable amount of information. For the moment it's not clear whether this information is indeed needed. The option --show-reachable is thus removed.

The memcheck tool of valgrind apparently outputs too many </valgrindoutput> tags. This tag should only exist once at the end of the file. A kluge was added to the Makefile that strips all </valgrindoutput> tags from the file and adds a final </valgrindoutput> tag at the end of the file.

Add valgrind target that loops over all test executables and performs a valgrind analysis. The valgrind target has also been added to the dynamic-analysis target.
