The void point is put as last data member of the class

Added GWcsSIN class.

Hyphens are now stripped in the constructor and added back by the write() method.

This replaces two arguments:
- naxis: the dimension of the image
- naxes: a pointer to an array containing the number of pixels for each dimension

The shape() and ndim() methods allow the handling of images with more than three dimensions in GSkyMap. Now higher dimensional images are properly read and written by the class, and the shape() method allows setting of higher dimensional map parameters.
