The GCTAResponse::nedisp method has been implemented and tested. A corresponding unit test has been added to the CTA Python test script test_CTA.py. To support this method, GCTAResponse::ebounds_src and GCTAEdispPerfTable::ebounds_src and GCTAEdispPerfTable::ebounds_obs methods have been implemented. The ebounds_src method returns the true energy boundaries of the energy dispersion for a given observed event energy. The boundaries are defined by 5 times the Gaussian sigma value. The ebounds_obs method returns the observed event energy boundaries of the energy dispersion for a given true photon energy. Again, a boundary of 5 times the Gaussian sigma value is used.

This change was prompted by the addition of the ctobssim option to apply energy dispersion. Even if an instrument has an energy dispersion, it is useful to be able to apply it or not. So the meaning now is roughly this: use_edisp = (has_edisp && apply_edisp) although the apply_edisp flag has so far been only added to GCTAResponse, use_edisp = False. GResponse::has_tdisp() was also renamed to GResponse::use_tdisp() for consistency.

The coding and design conventions (CDC) document was also updated.

Renamed irf_extended to ird_radial and npred_extended to npred_radial. Renamed also the radial kernel integration methods to npred_radial_kern_theta and npred_radial_kern_phi. Handle properly different spatial model components: point source, radial source, elliptical source, diffuse source.

I went over all .hpp to make sure that the GBase.hpp file is properly included, and no supoerfluous other includes remain. I also checked that no ostream and GLog friends are no longer available. I went over all .i files to make sure that classes are derived from GBase.
