The "wait" statement assures that the output file is not exited before old child processes are finished. This provides better control over the proceedings of the TS computation.
-
This avoids any conflicts with the pfiles directory that will be created during unit testing.

The current script covers all 1DC tutorials.

…. As the necessary separation angle depends on the rotation angle but also on the rectangle extension (overlaps may easily occur) the computation is not so easy: I implemented a rough (slightly overestimating) algorithm which chooses the maximum opening angle between the corners of the rectangle with respect to the pointing position. Extended implementation of _reflected_regions() method to allow the placement of rectangular off regions, which is essentially finally placing a rectangle instead of a circle.

…ontaining the pointing (should be equal, but has greater flexibility for different (filled) region types)

…new refitting logic, and revert back to original reference values for the unit tests

The "refit_if_failed" parameter instructs ctlike to perform a refit in case of a fit failure. Fit failures are either a stalled fit, an exhaustion of the number of iterations, or a significant difference between the number of observed and predicted events.
