1. Introduction
---------------
This document briefly summarizes executable by executable the most important
changes made since the last release of ctools. The code complies to GammaLib
version 0.11.0 or above.

The cscripts have been moved to the ctools module. Now everything is comprised
in that module.

ctbin now verifies if an ROI has been set properly, and throws an exception in
case that no ROI information could be found.
8. ctlike - Maximum likelihood fitting

The optimizer is now allocated upon construction so that ctlike always returns a
meaningful object using the opt() method.
