Output observation definition files are XML files, hence they should have a .xml suffix to avoid confusion with FITS files.

The hidden logfile parameter allows specifying the name of the logfile.

The AIT projection is now available in GammaLib.

GammaLib is undergoing a major interface change which requires adaption of the ctools code.

The GEbounds::setlog method has been modified and consequently the code has been adapted to accomodate this change.

Filenames are now always accessed using the filename() method so that environment variables get correctly expanded.

The prefix is now accessed using the string() method instead of the generic value() method, so that string checkings can be performed.

We use the value() method instead of the filename() method to retrieve the output filename as we do not want to check whether the file exists.

Instead of reading ahead the output parameter, I added a flag that signals when ahead reading is desired.
