1. Introduction

This document briefly summarizes module by module the most important changes
made since the last release of GammaLib.
2. Public interface modifications

3. Configuration
-----------------
If GammaLib is compiled on Mavericks (Mac OS X 10.9) or newer but Python has been
compiled for an earlier deployment target, a compatibility issue arises due to the
way how class names are mangled by the compiler. This is now automatically detected
and fixed, which should solve some compatibility issues that have been encountered
by user using the Anaconda package on Mac OS X.

8. Model module
---------------
The diffuse map normalization for Monte Carlo simulations has been corrected in
GModelSpatialDiffuseMap::set_mc_cone() to properly account for the case that the
diffuse map has not been normalized. This fixes #1584.

Correct a bug in GFilename::set_filename() that prevented using numbers in FITS
extension names (#1611).
