The GApplication::log_parameters() method now takes a mandatory GChatter argument to enable displaying of parameters only above a given chattiness level. This avoids a log-level check in the client code. For the same purpose, the GApplication methods log_string(), log_value(), log_header1(), log_header2(), and log_header3() have been introduced (#1828).

Add valgrind target that loops over all test executables and performs a valgrind analysis. The valgrind target has also been added to the dynamic-analysis target.

Add cppncss target for static code complexity analysis. This target is now also part of static-analysis. Add coverage tagret for dynamic code analysis. Added also dynamic-analysis target that performs all supported dynamic analyses.

Add a target to execute sloccount if the sloccount executable is installed. Added also a target static-analysis that executes cppcheck and then sloccount. This target will be used to perform a static code analysis (i.e. an analysis that does not need compilation of the code).

Added a target to execute cppcheck. The execution will only be done if the cppcheck executable has been found. The results will be writted into the file cppcheck-result.xml.
