Although the get_obs() method was put back, ctmodel used the dummy cube (which consisted of a single pixel) instead of a cube defined from the input parameters. This was due to an internal change of the logic, that now has been corrected for.
-
"fit" is more appropriate for the tool as the tool itself is not refitting (it's a "refit" of a ctlike result).
-
Added ctool::require_inobs_nocube() method that throws an exception if a counts cube has been specified as inobs parameter. This method is then used by ctbin, ctexpcube, ctpsfcube and ctbkgcube.

…served events in ctlike.

… ctcubemask for this purpose

…ontribution is expected.

According to a study by Stephan Fegan done in the context of Fermi/LAT analysis, the best way to determine a butterfly diagram is to draw the envelope of the error ellipse of the model parameters. I implemented this method now in ctbutterfly. I also changed the output file, having now two columns giving as function of energy th minimum and maximum intensities.

Without the energy margin, roundoff errors may lead to the exclusion of the energy bin in case that a single energy bin is used.
