This document briefly summarizes executable by executable the most important changes made since the last release of ctatools.

4. ctobssim - CTA observation simulation

5. ctselect - CTA event selection
---------------------------------

6. ctbin - CTA event binning
----------------------------
If an observation container is passed to ctbin, the counts map reference
pixel is taken from the pointing of each observation and the xref and yref
parameters are ignored. This allows for pipeline processing of a list of
observations using ctbin. Note that this feature is only available if cabin
is used from Python.
7. ctlike - CTA maximum likelihood fitting

Add folder with example scripts. These scripts will be installed in
$CTATOOLS/share/examples
9. Scripts
----------
Add folder with python scripts. These scripts will be installed in
$CTATOOLS/lib/pythonX.X/site-packages. In addition, symbolic link
without the .py suffix will be created for cscripts in
$CTATOOLS/bin so that cscripts are executable as normal ctools.
