The CTA observation container was not copied in the sim function following yesterday's merge, this was corrected. The set function is now obsolete, and has been renamed to set_obs for clarity. The set function is still there, but a warning is issued if it is still used. A set_obs_list function has been added that allows setting lists of observations.

A new logic has been implemented concerning the caldb parameter. If the name specified by caldb is a directory, the directory is set as the root directory of the calibration database. The file specified by irf must then be a file provided within this root directory. If the name is not a directory it is used as the mission name that is used to build the calibration directory path. The irf is then the response name.

The ebinalg parameter is no longer hidden, hence it has not to be specified explicitly in the scripts using ctbon.

The new GTime interface does not support the met() method. We now use the time constructor.
