The port can no longer be reused and the class how looks for the next free port on the system. This allows multiple Hubs to run in parallel.
-
The samp.hub.shutdown request allows a client to shutdown the VO Hub. This is not part of the SAMP protocol but does not harm. It is basically needed for unit testing.
-
The Hub is searched for when a client is initialised so that one can ping a Hub from a client.
-
The introduction of a timeout should avoid locking up the process.
-
Rename the methods and do some refactoring and clean up of the code.

Hierarchical element access methods have been added to GXml and GXmlNode.Using a string in the format "params > param[1] > value > struct" one can in a single method call walk down the hierarchy of an XML document to access an element. The squared brackets allow specifying an element index in case that multiple elements with the same name exist. If squared brackets are omitted, an index of 0 is assumed. If the indicated element does not exist, the method returns a pointer to NULL.

The coding and design conventions (CDC) document was also updated.

Add GChatter argument to print() method. The print() method now takes an argument of type GChatter to control the chattiness of the output in a homogenous manner. Pass NORMAL chatter level in __str__ method. Add chatter argument to print() methods. Use GLog::chatter() method to control the chattiness of the log stream operator. Add chatter() methods and provide member access through const references. Add chatter() methods, provide member access through const references, and declare one liners as inline methods. The chatter() methods control the new m_chatter attribute that is used to control the chattiness of the object's print() methods. name() and version() methods return const references. logFileOpen() method now sets the chattiness from the applications's chatter parameter, and name() and version() methods now return a const reference.

The <fcntl.h> was not the correct header ...

Implement unregistering from the Hub. For this purpose the unregister_from_hub() method has been created that sends the appropriate class to the Hub. Some of the other protected methods have been renamed to be more explicit. Added also #include <fcntl.h> to make compatible to Fedora.
-
The Hub host and port strings are now stored in the members m_host and m_port. This prevents recomuting them when connecting to the Hub. Also the client name is now stored. It will be sent as the minimum required metadata (although it is formally not required). The socket handling now follows the recommandations of Beej's Guide to Network Programming.
-
Some static metadata is sent to the Hub. Ultimately, the metadata that should be sent should be defined by the client application.
-
The find_hub() method searches for a Hub and retrieves the relevant tokens. So far, no GammaLib own Hub is started if no Hub has been found. The hashub() method checks if all mandatory Hub tokens have a value. No value check is done.
