…on::load method to avoid creation of temporary file in ctselect::select_events method.

Output observation definition files are XML files, hence they should have a .xml suffix to avoid confusion with FITS files.

Fixes #1072.

Before, the following warning was generated:
warning: 'tmpnam' is deprecated: This function is provided for compatibility reasons only. Due to security concerns inherent in the design of tmpnam(3), it is highly recommended that you use mkstemp(3) instead.

The hidden logfile parameter allows specifying the name of the logfile.

The GCTARoi::contains() method is now used to check for ROI containment.

GammaLib is undergoing a major interface change which requires adaption of the ctools code.

The usepnt parameter now signals when the pointing should be used as ROI centre. This allows arbitrary values for ra/dec (before, ra=0 and dec=0 signalled that the pointing should be used).

The tool now uses the new GTime interface. In particular, the input time is now given in CTA reference time in seconds.

Filenames are now always accessed using the filename() method so that environment variables get correctly expanded.

The prefix is now accessed using the string() method instead of the generic value() method, so that string checkings can be performed.

We use the value() method instead of the filename() method to retrieve the output filename as we do not want to check whether the file exists.

…FITS file will be written. Note that the empty FITS file will have no columns. This should probably be changed on the lower (GammaLib) level.

…to understand for the user.

Instead of reading ahead the output parameter, I added a flag that signals when ahead reading is desired.

…rocessing collections of event lists with a single ctselect run.

…ointing as ROI centre
