The new GApplication logger support function take the chattiness level as the first argument.

The building of a cuve on the fly raised issue with memory going out of scope. This is fixed by making the CTA event cube a member of ctbin, and having the cube() method returning a reference to that member

The publish parameter has been added to the following tools:
- ctbin
- ctbkgcube
- ctcubemask
- ctexpcube
- ctmodel
- ctskymap
- cttsmap

Added ctool::require_inobs_nocube() method that throws an exception if a counts cube has been specified as inobs parameter. This method is then used by ctbin, ctexpcube, ctpsfcube and ctbkgcube.

Add __version__ variable to ctools Python module.

Rename __init__.py file into __init__.py.in, add version number, and __init__.py creation instruction into configure.ac.

$(abs_top_srcdir) does not exist on all systems.
