GTI metadata information can now be stored in an XML file using the following syntax:

  <parameter name="GoodTimeIntervals" file="..."/>

The read(GXmlElement) and write(GXmlElement) will deal with the writing of the metadata and the loading or saving of the GTIs into a FITS file.
