Note that test_python_ctools.py could ultimately replace all ctools, as for the shell script we anyways to not recover the results. Still, the shell script may still make some limited sense.

Enhance ctbin Python module unit test to see that read_ahead() gets enabled. Success, so the Python module unit test impacts the c++ coverage, great!

Note that this breaks compatibility with Python < 2.6.

… test of the non-normalized map is indeed a real test.

There was an extract blank following a \ character that led to a failure, but at the same time, the failure was not catched since the script checked the presence of a file that was generated in a test before. I renamed the file that is created to a unique name, and remov of coarse the extra space.
