Use the GTestSuite class to implement the Python unit tests for GammaLib. This is just a first version that does not provide a full implementation of the unit tests, yet it paths the way to a more comprehensive unit test of the Python module.

As Python3 uses print() instead of print, the previous version was not compatible with Python3. We thus replaced all print calls by sys.stdout.write() function calls.
