The purpose of the make_cube_analysis.py script is to provide an end-to-end test fur stacked cube analysis. It uses 4 CTA observations to illustrate the usage of stacked cube analysis and to demonstrate that the fitting results are okay.

As Python3 replaces the print statement by a print() function, the previous code was not compatible with Python3. We thus replaced all print statements by calls to sys.stdout.write() so that the code works both for Python2 and Python3.

The method parameter has been removed, and an infile parameter has been introduced instead of the old evfile and cntmap parameters.
