The cstsdist parameter interface is now much simpler, requiring on input either an unbinned, binned or stacked observation. If an observation definition XML file is provided it is assumed that the file only contains event lists.

…ct, csobs2caldb, csobsinfo, csobsselect, and csphagen. The script cstsmapsplit has cslikelihood as base class.

…cripts now from csobservation instead of cslikelihood since they do not use proper optimizers.

The scripts cslightcrv, csphasecrv, cspull, cssens, csspec, cstsdist, and cstsmapsplit now have a "statistics" parameter to allow setting of the optimizer statistic. Except of cstsmapsplit, all of the scripts now derive from the cslikelihood base class.
-
These parameters are no longer needed since an observation definition file with arbitrary pointings can now be specified on input

This is a stupd commit that tries to get rid of SonarQube complaining about duplicate lines.

The new GApplication logger support function take the chattiness level as the first argument.
-
These functions are not really observation utilities, and they are not really needed either since they encapsulate only a few lines of code.
-
To avoid code duplication in cscripts the support modules "modutils' and "ioutils" have been added. The obsolete functions cntmap() and modmap() have been removed from the "obsutils" module.

The obsutils.sim() function does not correctly handle stacked observations. It appends stacked response cubes to a counts cube in case that multiple observations have been simulated and stacked analysis was requested. The stacked response cube computation is done using the obsutils.get_stacked_response() function. The function obsutils.set_ts_model() has been added to setup a model for TS determination. This is used by some of the cscripts, and avoids code duplication. Finally, the cstsdist and cspull scripts have been refactored.
