No significant change to the GVector interface has been done, but many of the complex inline functions have been put into the .cpp file, and functions that do not need to be friends are no longer declared friends. The Doxygen documentation has been improved.

…t access with index check. We follow now the standard of the std::vector library that provides no index check for operator[] access and index check for at() access methods.

All classes now derive from GBase. ostream and GLog friends are removed since they are now implement at the GBase level.

There were some problems in the Python GNodeArray test where a vector element was a SwigObject instead of a float. This was related to the fact that __getitem__ returned a reference. Now, __getitem__ returns a value, and things are okay.
