The method name is ambiguous and the method did in any case the same thing as the GFitsTable::ncols() method.

The maximum radius of the King PSF has been increased from 0.7 to 2 degrees to cope with some extreme cases. Now also the maximum PSF radius is computed for a given energy so that if the PSF is smaller than the maximum radius of 2 degrees a smaller region of interest will be used for the computation.

Added dedicated method to update the new keynote map whenever an element is erased, inserted, or appended to 'm_cards'. This is necessary since the memory addresses in the vector could be changed by any of these operations. Updated "GFitsHeader::get_index(const std::string& keyname)" to use the new map object removing the need to loop through every entry until the desired keyname is found.

This new data member will be used to improve access time to the FITS data keyword values.
