The ctexpcube tool is now functional, a unit test has been added.
-
Deleting log files led to a problem with the new automake test suite.
-
The GCTARoi::contains() method is now used to check for ROI containment.
-
Background simulations can now be done for any model of type GModelData. This is thanks to the abstract mc() method that has been introduced in GModelData. A test case for the new GCTABackground model has been added to the unit tests.
-
Two tests of ctmodel are performed. One using a count map as input and a second using the task parameters as input.
-
On Mac OS X, the /bin/sh shell has a builtin echo command that does not recognize the -n option for linefeed supression. To keep the test script portable, the script now uses the echo command installed on the machine (usually in /bin/echo). The which function is used to make sure that the echo command is correctly located.
-
On FreeBSD, bash is not installed by default, and when it is installed using ports, it is in /usr/local/bin. Using /bin/bash as script directive thus fails to execute the script. Using /bin/sh instead works.
-
The method parameter has been removed, and an infile parameter has been introduced instead of the old evfile and cntmap parameters.
