GModelPar is now derived from GOptimzerPars and implements in addition to the base class a read() and write() method that takes an XML element as argument.
-
The GModelPar interface has been revisited and the code has been adapted to satisfy the new interface.
-
A new model parameter interface has been implemented that puts the internal workings of the class more in the background. For example, the real_xxx() methods have been replaced by Xxx() methods, and the xxx() methods became factor_xxx(). For example, real_value() becomes Value() and value() becomes factor_value(). For the moment, upper case letters are used so that no mix with the former xxx() methods occur. This is for validating the change, and will be modified in a future commit.
-
The autoscale() method sets the scale factor so that the value becomes unity. This is only possible for parameters with non-zero values.
-
The model parameter constructor allows allocating of a GModelPar object using a parameter name, a parameter value and an optional parameter scaling factor. This allows for one-line allocation of a GModelPar object.

I went over all .hpp to make sure that the GBase.hpp file is properly included, and no supoerfluous other includes remain. I also checked that no ostream and GLog friends are no longer available. I went over all .i files to make sure that classes are derived from GBase.
