Fixes #1072. Before, the following warning was generated: warning: 'tmpnam' is deprecated: This function is provided for compatibility reasons only. Due to security concerns inherent in the design of tmpnam(3), it is highly recommended that you use mkstemp(3) instead.

The time slice duration is now adapted to the source model flux. The m_max_photons member now defines the maximum number of photons that should be simulated in one slice. This prevents core dumps due to memory allocation problems in case that large fluxes have been specified. This partially adresses feature #807.
-
The hidden logfile parameter allows specifying the name of the logfile.
-
The AIT projection is now available in GammaLib.
-
…nt projections are proposed in parameter file.
-
The GCTARoi::contains() method is now used to check for ROI containment.
-
Background simulations can now be done for any model of type GModelData. This is thanks to the abstract mc() method that has been introduced in GModelData. A test case for the new GCTABackground model has been added to the unit tests.
-
…g so that also sources outside but at the edge of the ROI will be simulated.

GammaLib is undergoing a major interface change which requires adaption of the ctools code.
-
This reverts commit 74af6b7c3902e2286d5c2f57a799c5e9e704b742.

This reverts commit 6c5ac97cf36fc45943170964f0377a8abaae5772.
-
The model access operator of GModels now returns a reference, hence the code has been adapted to accomodate this change.
-
The GEbounds::setlog method has been modified and consequently the code has been adapted to accomodate this change.
-
Fixes GammaLib bug #694.
-
The seed value initialization of the random number generator was not correct, leading always to seeds of 0, irrespectively of the specified seed value. This has been fixed.
-
All times are now shown in the CTA time reference. For time slice information, the indentation was corrected.
