Removed the optional extname argument from:

Integrate code (default extno and extver handling in GFilename).

The GFilename::default_extname() has been removed and remplaced by an enhanced GFilename::extname() method that either returns the extension name set in the filename, or if not set, the string that has been provided as argument.

The GFilename class handles the decomposition of the filename into the true filename and a FITS extension name.

gammalib::expand_env replaces ~ or ~user by the user's home directory, ~+ by the value of the PWD environment variable and ~- by the value of the OLDPWD variable. If the user or the PWD or OLDPWD variable are not found, no replacement is done.

The file existence checking is not to be done in GUrlFile as this class may create a new file. The check needs to be done in GXml.

The handles the case that a directory with specified name exists as fopen() will not give an error when opening a directory.
